FAQ's

How long will my order take? 

All orders can take up to 10 to 15 Working Days to complete from approval of Artwork. In the event of unforeseeable circumstances that  this timescals cannot be fulfilled, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is fixed at £7.50 per order.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, or you can apply for a Trade Credit Account. Find out more about Trade Credit Account by Clicking Here.

How will I receive my artwork proof? 

All new logos and designs will have a proof produced prior to application on the garment. Artwork proofs will be sent via email for approval. No garment will be decorated until artwork approval has been confirmed via email. We highly recommend all artwork and design proofs are checked thoroughly as once confirmed and decorated onto garments this cannot be amended.

Which formats do you accept for artwork?

Any artwork provided needs to be in high resolution EPS, AI, JPeg, PDF or PNG files. If any artwork is deemed not to format and requires redrawing/converting to a suitable format for a fee of £20.00 per hour.

How will I receive my proof of Artwork?

We always produce a proof for new logos and designs to ensure you are completely happy with how everything looks prior to production being carried out. Artwork will be proofed and sent via email within  24-48 working hours of orders being placed. If an order is placed after 12pm, this will begin from 9am the following working day. Your artwork must be approved before any production can be carried out. We are not responsible for errors once artwork has been approved.

Which Application Method is most suitable for my order?

The most suitable application method will depend on a number of aspects for example the material of your garment and the intricacy of your logo. See our Applications Methods Explained page to understand further  which method is best for you. Alternatively, you can contact us via email or by  phone. In the instance where an order is placed and we think your chosen customisation may not be suitable we will contact you as soon as we have reviewed your order. 

What does your free logo offer include?

All our prices include a 15,000 stitch count embroidery in up to 15 colours or a 1 colour Vinyl Print  in 1 position. We appreciate however you may not know how many stitches your logo is. Therefore once digitised we will contact you should there be any issues. Larger stitch counts, extra print colours and additional positions is at an additional cost which can be selected when completing your order. Our talented designers and production staff will ensure you get the best quality finish, as well as fantastic value. 

I want a certain product but I can't see it on the website. Can you help me?

Absolutely! Even though it's not on here we will be able to get our hands on your product or something similar. Please contact us via Email or by Phone.

Where do I find Size Guides?

Due to the fact we stock items from a wide range of suppliers we don't have one generic size guide on our site. However we are committed to providing you with the latest size guides which are given to us by each brand/supplier. We generally provide a size guide per brand. Some products have a size guide per item.

Do you provide samples?

We are more than happy to provide Samples to customers. Sample garments will be invoiced at single price. This will be invoiced and payable upfront. Due to some colour icons not being a true representation of their appearance, if a specific colour is required, we recommend that a sample is obtained. In a situation where the garment is then used for your final order, the sample cost will be deducted off the final invoice.
